All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. Prices for items in an order are fixed once your order has been confirmed.
You agree to pay delivery charges as they are calculated and listed in the invoice at the time of purchase.

All images of the art work are copyright of Valentyna Crane Art Studio, no image of any artwork can be distributed, printed or used for personal or commercial use without permission of Valentyna Crane Art Studio.

Shipping & Returns
Orders
Artworks in Valentyna Crane Art Studio shop are one-offs created and designed by Valentyna Crane at her studio in Canberra, Australia.
We would like to point out that the image on the site may vary on the website due to your monitor. If you have any questions with regards to the art works please get in touch. I will be happy to answer all your questions.
Packaging
At Valentyna Crane Art Studio your artwork is packed carefully by Valentyna. Keeping health and safety in mind she wears gloves when packing your art works. New bubble wrap for inside packing is used for art works before it goes in its shipping box.
Each artwork that you purchase will come with its story handwritten personally by Valentyna Crane.
Shipping & Delivery
Currently, orders taken are within Australia. Each order packed is sent through Australia Post with a tracking number.
If you live in Canberra, Get in Touch to arrange either a pickup or get your delivery it at your doorstep for free!
You will get notified once your artwork leaves my studio and is in the mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
All the shipments are made via Australian Post with delivery confirmation and tracking number.
All orders are insured. In an unlikely event of lost of damaged packages, you will be able to file a claim and receive a full refund from the carrier (if you will be able to provide the original packaging for inspection in case of damaged art) Please note that the refund is payed by the carrier, not the seller.
You will receive an email notification on the day of shipping with a tracking number so you can track your package online.
Please allow 4-7 business days to process your order. Shipping time is different for each country.
Please make sure that your name and address is correct at checkout. If you will find any mistakes after the payment is made, please contact the seller immediately! If the package is shipped to the wrong address, or returned back to the seller because the address was non-deliverable, you will be responsible for any additional shipping cost to ship it to you again.
Seller is not responsible for any customs charges in your country. Please confirm the customs and import costs with your local post office or online before ordering, to avoid any surprise charges once your order has been delivered. If the package is sent back to the seller because you refuse to pay customs, you will receive a refund of the price of the artwork minus shipping cost and any customs charges that the seller may have to pay in the Australia.
